DATONE Clinic Introduces MetaCell MCT to Strengthen Its Focus on Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine
Journal

DATONE Clinic announced the introduction of the MetaCell MCT system as part of its efforts to strengthen its regenerative medicine programs. The clinic also plans to accelerate the development of its staffing, facilities and standard operating framework, with the aim of obtaining designation as a medical institution for advanced regenerative medicine.
MetaCell MCT uses photothermal biomodulation technology to apply precisely controlled light and temperature to biological materials, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from a patient’s own blood. Its design considers the potential applications of growth factors and extracellular vesicles found in autologous materials. The system is used in various areas of regenerative medicine, including skin and scalp care.
According to the clinic, the introduction of MetaCell MCT is intended to broaden its existing skin-focused clinical services and strengthen its premium regenerative medicine programs. These programs will consider each patient’s overall condition and recovery process, as well as visible changes in the skin.
“Premium skin care should take a comprehensive view of the patient’s skin condition, lifestyle and recovery process, rather than focusing solely on visible changes,” said Dr. Yeorim Ahn, Medical Director of DATONE Clinic. “We plan to incorporate MetaCell MCT into DATONE’s personalized care system, determining how it can best meet each patient’s needs rather than treating it as a standalone procedure.”
Dr. Ahn added, “We will continue to offer programs tailored to each patient’s skin condition and treatment goals, based on thorough consultation and objective assessment, and deliver premium skin care through a more structured clinical approach.”
